What Kinds of Work Do We Do?Not all responsibilities will apply to every position
Database Management
Manage safety platforms like ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and maintain internal safety reporting tools
Document Support
Provide clients with safety documents as requested and track certification renewals
Scheduling
Coordinate and confirm job-site visits with clients and team members
Driver Reports
Manage call-ins from “1-800-How’s My Driving” vehicle decals
Compliance & Safety Programs
Assist clients with OSHA compliance, including writing and maintaining custom safety programs
Site Inspections
Conduct safety inspections across various work environments
Training
Facilitate safety training sessions
Incident Support
Assist with incident reporting and investigations
What We Look For
- Experience with safety compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Safety certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, COSS, ARM, or CSP are a plus
